Recently there were some misconception among few ignorant people regarding Lord Krisna's lelai on regards to arts on the temple Gopuram .Without knowing the real meaning harsh words were thrown especially to the temple's . For me if a man understand the concept of the Epic Mahabaratha and Ramayana you would know most of the hidden meaning we have .
Have you heard story of Krishna stealing clothes of Gopis . As above pic can tells you the lord stole Gopis clothes when they taking bath in order to teach them some lesson .They entered the river with no clothes on the bodies which is against our Dharma. All forms of water ought to be respected . Krishna later returned the clothes only after the Gopus apologized to the river . Later the Gopikas questioned Krishna whether it was right on his part to steak away their dress and requesting them to come out with theirs arms out , he then reminds them that soul do have have gender .

The Gopis actually in their previous birth were Rishi's and during Ramayana the Rishi's were captivated by the divinity of Lord Ram and worshiped him . Sri Ram then granted them a boon to make that happen in Krishna avatar in form of Gopis . It is said in Thretha Yuga they were born as the Vanara sena of Hanuman and were able to enjoy the darshan of the Lord in Rama avatar .
