I do have this plan once i turn 45 , but suddenly I’ve the urge to be a vegetarian fully but wonder why not now ? to reach 45 i still do have 13 years to go , there might be big difference now for my body . The urge was difference from other years i started to be fully vegetarian for Thaipusam , then in Aug for Adi . After Adi there will be Anni months and and follow by Puratasi month is not very long . Hence i try to continue being Vegetarian till Puratasi and forever ...

While thinking about becoming a vegetarian, the changes l need to make to your diet and your life can seem overwhelming. Hence i do googling about types of Vedge and here are those :- Vegarian , Vegans or whats is the difference 






Being studied above definition, keeping in mind protein source for my body which mainly from Soya which i am not really prefer (Vedge Chicked,Mutton ) which can indirectly main reason for Gout . Hence Lacto-Ovo which have egg and milk would be my right preference . Therefore with immediate effect, I’ve decided to start by being a lacto-ovo vegetarian. Indians has some of the highest rate of cardiovascular disease in the our country. So this idea is purely to still remain healthy while being vegetarian; stay away from fried foods, excessive carbs that get converted to sugar and add to cholesterol at the end.
