Maaruti was born with a head less of hair. I read somewhere,when baby born,hair symbolize the past karma's that the baby bring in to their new life.Means the less the hair its good.Maaruti already turn 3 months 16-5-2013 and today 24th May 2013,  I got to shave his head bald. It’s an Indian custom to remove baby’s first hair and there are many beliefs on this baby-first-hair-shaving ritual. The one that makes sense to me is that shaving the baby’s hair helps release excess body heat and keeps the baby’s head cool. 
 Maaruti starting to get nervous
I brought him to Batu Caves to have the hair removed. When we reached the barber shop, my heart was pounding so fast. There were not many babies having their hair removed on that day so the place was so quite. Maaruti was so cool at the time as well . He was calmly observing the place's and one of the barber start shave his hair...he started to cry cry as loud he can.......untill finish .From the time i sat on the barber chair until everything was over, he doesn't stop crying .. So pity of him .

After done,i bring him to pray Lord Ganesha temple there and bring is up to see his brother Vetril Vel then to other temples inside Batu caves.  Maaruti's hair was flowed at nearby river and we headed home .

My wife's Valaikappu was held yesterday on 9th Dec 2012. The day actually fall on our 2nd year of our wedding anniversary, My wife was 30 weeks pregnant at that time.Vallaikappu is a combination of two words - vallai - meaning round (as in bangle) and kappu - meaning protection. This ceremony is performed during the odd months of pregnancy mostly during the seventh month for the expectant mother and celebrates the joy of the upcoming motherhood and ensures the welfare of both the mother and the baby inside her womb. Mostly women are invited for this function. The expectant mother is made to wear a lot of bangles mostly glass ones of red and green colors and the sound of these bangles are supposed to reach the womb. We do some cooking our self and especially my wife she do mee-goreng by herself - and we brought some kuih-Muihs and cakes. So, it was a wonderful occasion with some of the relatives helping to bring their own home-made dishes to the ceremony.We started the ceremony

Two sides of the world We all hear about Global Warming, but know very little about how to stop or minimize it. We are told to use less energy, electricity, fuel etc. but are not shown the resources on how to, effectively, perform these tasks. Increase in the average temperature of the Earth's atmosphere is known as global warming,However with the signs being so evident still we are showing no signs of transforming. (sometimes the green planet) .. but water is the source of life .. without water there would have been nothing.
