Hope its not too late ,it has been 3rd day of An new begining of another 365 days which consist of 8760 hours 525,600 minutes and 31,536,000 seconds wah!!. Yes we have more days hours or minutes to plan-do or act.Lets start now with our new resolution and achive it without any fear . 2012 was an average year for me and i need to have good planning for 2013 to make it excellent .A year from now, I'll have new member in the family and an challenging year is ahead beyond me.

Valaikappu(Indian bangle wearing ceromony)

My wife's Valaikappu was held yesterday on 9th Dec 2012. The day actually fall on our 2nd year of our wedding anniversary, My wife was 30 weeks pregnant at that time.Vallaikappu is a combination of two words - vallai - meaning round (as in bangle) and kappu - meaning protection. This ceremony is performed during the odd months of pregnancy mostly during the seventh month for the expectant mother and celebrates the joy of the upcoming motherhood and ensures the welfare of both the mother and the baby inside her womb. Mostly women are invited for this function. The expectant mother is made to wear a lot of bangles mostly glass ones of red and green colors and the sound of these bangles are supposed to reach the womb. We do some cooking our self and especially my wife she do mee-goreng by herself - and we brought some kuih-Muihs and cakes. So, it was a wonderful occasion with some of the relatives helping to bring their own home-made dishes to the ceremony.We started the ceremony

After a few days, life went back to normal and all the monkeys who had served as warriors in his army returned to their home in the forest. Only one stayed behind; he was sad to leave the Master of his heart. He stood quietly in a corner and looked at Sri Rama with eyes filled with Love. Sri Rama noticed his fervent devotee and asked: "O mighty hero how am I to compensate you for all you have done for me and my family?" Two sides of the world We all hear about Global Warming, but know very little about how to stop or minimize it. We are told to use less energy, electricity, fuel etc. but are not shown the resources on how to, effectively, perform these tasks. Increase in the average temperature of the Earth's atmosphere is known as global warming,However with the signs being so evident still we are showing no signs of transforming. (sometimes the green planet) .. but water is the source of life .. without water there would have been nothing.
