I watched this film for the first time 11 years ago and since the film was protested heavily in India at that time it didn't went to long in cinemas in Malaysia too,so i dint have chance to watch in theater and rather opt for watch in on rented video cassette . Video cassette's used to have bad quality's on those days(nowadays we have CD/DVD)and with worse sounds. As I remember ,it took more than 3 hours for the movie to finish and my tough was and ok movie.Fullstops.

I watched this movie again online two days ago,honestly i have goosebumps watching the whole film again. Undoubtedly the GREAT film by GREAT KAMAL HASAN.I always rank Devar Magan the as highest , now i have to change it.Hey ram a perfect movie by kamal and most brilliant thing Kamal has achieved here.I know many people have criticize the movie and it also fails in Box office,but i have to admit not an ordinary man will understand the movie if you just watching to sake of watching film.The most important thing you have to know before watch this movie is that Gandhi's history and how he fight to get independence in India .Overall, this is must watch movie!!!!

My wife's Valaikappu was held yesterday on 9th Dec 2012. The day actually fall on our 2nd year of our wedding anniversary, My wife was 30 weeks pregnant at that time.Vallaikappu is a combination of two words - vallai - meaning round (as in bangle) and kappu - meaning protection. This ceremony is performed during the odd months of pregnancy mostly during the seventh month for the expectant mother and celebrates the joy of the upcoming motherhood and ensures the welfare of both the mother and the baby inside her womb. Mostly women are invited for this function. The expectant mother is made to wear a lot of bangles mostly glass ones of red and green colors and the sound of these bangles are supposed to reach the womb. We do some cooking our self and especially my wife she do mee-goreng by herself - and we brought some kuih-Muihs and cakes. Two sides of the world We all hear about Global Warming, but know very little about how to stop or minimize it. We are told to use less energy, electricity, fuel etc. but are not shown the resources on how to, effectively, perform these tasks. Increase in the average temperature of the Earth's atmosphere is known as global warming,However with the signs being so evident still we are showing no signs of transforming.
