Like father Like Son

I receive mail from my wife today ,which consists an attachemnt ppt titled "like father like son" and i was wondering it might kind of comparision between father and son or she is giving me some simmilarities which she got from google .But i was suprised to see the content actually, the pic of mine when i was kid and sided my sons pic ,yup as what you can see above . Test for you can you spot the difference ?

A father and son share the exact same *Y-chromosome*.
Many people hear that, and think this means they share the same DNA. It doesn't.
The Y-chromosome is just one out of the 46 chromosomes a boy has. The boy has exactly 23 chromosomes from his father (one of them being the Y), and 23 from his mother (one of them being the X chromosome) ... so it's pretty much a 50-50 split of the DNA from the father and mother.

For girls, you got your father's X-chromosome (remember he has both a Y- and an X-chromosome), and a second X-chromosome from your mother. But you still got a total of 23 chromosomes from each ... so it's still a 50-50 split ... half your DNA from each parent.
