Difference days of Hanuman Jayanti

Today in morning when i look at my house calender i notice  "Pornami" ok Star "Chitrai" ok and another thing that wondering me was "Hanuman Jayanti" was stated as well and i am not sure whether it was observed in Malaysia Temple today . From my understanding we just celebrated an Hanuman Jayanti 2 months back and people should know that Hanuman was born on "Moola" star and today's star is "Chitirai" . When i try to find out the reason its seems Hanuman Jayanti is celebrated during different dates in a year in difference countries & different communities .
  •  In Andhra Pradesh, Hanuman Jayanti is observed as a 41-day Hanuman Jayanti Deeksha and it begins on Chaitra Purnima.
  • In Tamil Nadu, Hanuman Jayanti is observed during the Margazhi month (December – January).
  • In some regions, Hanuman Jayanti is observed on the day before Diwali.
Which one should follow and i find the reason for the difference between the Hanumath Jayanthi dates between the North Indian Calender - Chitra Pournami date and the Tamil date is the following :-

Rudra (shiva) made a sankalpa to be born as the eleventh Rudra to Kesari and Anjana Devi . He entered Anjana's womb when it was carried by Vayu deva and dropped in Anajana devi's hands when she was meditating on lord Shiva. This was the Chitra Pournami day . Nine months later i.e December during the Marghai month on the Moola Nakshatra and Amavasya day Lord Anjaneya was born to serve Shri Rama the incarnation of Lord Mahavishnu.

This clear me people should not misunderstood wrongly .
