Stress can also be a side effect of a serious illness or disease. There is also stress associated with daily life, the workplace, and family responsibilities. It’s hard to stay calm and relaxed in our hectic lives. Both short and long-term stress can have effects on your body. Stress is related to the situations that you feel are difficult to handle. Stress leads to trouble sleeping,headaches,constipation ,irritability lack ofenergy,lack of concentration ,anger, sadness ,tension.Any change in our lives can be stressful? It is important to recognize the causes (some stress is natural) and, if possible, take steps to deal with the root of the problem or ask for help from friends.Talk It Out. The beauty of a sunset .... Last week when I went out I saw the most beautiful sunset. I took this picture and it really doesn't show the colors that were in the sky. I found myself just wanting to stare at it.I spent the afternoon laying on the couch and it was wonderful.

It was wonderful moment... My header really says it all.I felt grateful that she is in my life so represents a rose for her.I like in that person- honesty,trustworthiness,love,joy,peace,patience, understanding, knowledge, and her ability. I wish i would like to meet her that day and give her a rose the one thing missing in her sweet photograph that she send me . Such an ordinary wish, however who could imagine it...i make it.. THE dream is over.We won't be going to a third Champions League final in four years.But we went pretty damn close.
