Chirenjivi of earth Today is Hanuman Jayanthi is the birthday of Lord Hanuman.I woke up at around 5.00 am and do prayers at home before went to Veera Hanuman temple at brickfields with my wife, almost few hudred people were there and the temple was pack with devotees. Waited few minutes before the pooja was started at 7.30am .After receive presadam from the first pooja , living my wife there i decided to move out due i cant withstand with the crowd.People pushing here and there and it makes hard for me to do prayers . On the opposite of the temple , there were anethanam provided to people, i join them while waiting and hoping the crowds in the temple to reduce but it not the case . Then i join my wife to do prayers for the mighty Mr.Saturn , there were some un orgenized queus setup by the temple menagement and it makes people to very hard to make their prayers to either hanuman or saturn . Roar of Sri Hanuman In Mahabharatha, it is mentioned that when Bheema met Sri Hanuman in a Mountain, he solicited His help in the impending Mahabharatha War. Sri Hanuman replied that positioning Himself on the flag on the chariot of Arjun, He would roar hearing which the enemies would faint or flee and that the Pandavas could easily annihilate a scared enemy. With his roar, many enemy soldiers fainted and died. Such was His roar that Bhishma, the great grand father of the Pandavas and Kauravas, remarked that only Sri Hanuman could roar like an angry ocean. For the demons, the roar of Anjaneya portended danger and disaster. I come to know its hard to find Hanuman's involvement in mahabaraths war in movie or books now days , it seems they just avoided on of most important sequence here. VADAI MALAI It is said that Sri Hanuman who is always in meditation on Sri Rama gets disturbed by the Vada Maala and bestows any boon asked by the devotee so that He would not be disturbed again by the devotee. According to another legend, Anjaneya was given a very big vada by His mother on the eve of His departure to Lanka for the war so that He could eat out of it little by little whenever He felt hungry.
